Small Cutting Board
Our small cutting boards are made with a variety of domestic and exotic hardwoods. Each board is one-of-a-kind with the woods and patterns used.
The incorporation of domestic woods, such as Walnut, Maple, White Oak, and Cherry, adds a touch of familiarity and warmth to the design. These beloved woods are cherished for their durability, sturdiness, and distinctive grain patterns.
Adding an air of exotic flair, rare and striking woods like Yellowheart, Purpleheart, Wenge, and Padauk are introduced into the mix. These woods, known for their vibrant colors and captivating textures, infuse the cutting board with an exciting and unexpected charm. The striking contrast between the domestic and exotic woods adds visual intrigue, making it a conversation starter in any kitchen.
The varying widths of the wood pieces are meticulously arranged to create a visually captivating mosaic that seamlessly blends the different grains, colors, and textures.
These boards are perfect for behind a bar or for when you only need to chop a few small items. Easily store away in a drawer, or you can hang it up using the 3/4" hole.
Our small boards feature the eye-catching diagonal design shown. They measure approximately 6” x 8” and 1” thick. Each board has a decorative 1/8th inch roundover around all the edges. We use waterproof glue on our boards and finish them with a water-repellent, food-safe oil and wax.
You cannot choose your woods or patterns. The sample images provide examples of some of our small boards. Your board will be 100% unique and positively beautiful.
